A wonderful Private Purchase Ensemble for the Prussian Leib Garde Hussar, including:

Leib Garde Hussar Attila (Tunic) - Hussar tunic composed of tightly woven poppy red wool decorated with flat yellow woolen braid to the five chest rows of 'frogging', rear trim, collar, Hungarian style cuffs and shoulder straps. The cuffs feature the special yellow trim with red centerline unique to this regiment. Each row of chest frogging features two brass rosettes at each end and a center brass lozenge-shaped fastening toggle. A yellow braid first class lance / sword proficiency award is present on the upper right sleeve. The interior is lined with bright red linen cloth.

Leib Garde Hussar Pelzattila (Pelisse) - Hussar pelisse composed of heavy, tightly woven, dark blue wool decorated with flat bright yellow braid to the five chest rows of 'frogging', rear trim, shoulder straps, lower center Hungarian knots and clover-leaf cuff knots. A long yellow wool securing rope emanates from the collar. Black fur accents the collar, cuffs, rear skirt, bottom hem and front seam opening. Each row of chest frogging features two brass rosettes at each end and a center brass lozenge-shaped fastening toggle. Cream colored wool lining features the property tag of the original wearer, 'Husar Backhaus'.

Leib Garde Hussar Pelzmutze (Busby) - Black "Ersatz" woolen seal skin (looks like genuine seal fur, but is a replacement material) exterior cylindrical headgear with a rigid cane interior support and Offciers style Silk Liner. Brass guard star to front; curved, mounted style brass chinscales on M/1891 posts; NCO style round National cockade; and NCO style field badge; white wool caplines currently plaited in dismounted configuration. A red busby bag (kolpak) hangs from the left side.

Sash (Scharpe) - Prussian other ranks hussar belt composed of worsted white wool shot with black, complete with rear fastening toggle and two hanging acorns.

Leib Garde Hussar Cap (Kratzchen) - Peakless cap with a red body, dark blue band and yellow piping around the crown and band edges. National and Prussian cockades to the front. Interior linen lining
