Prussian 9th Field Artillery Reservist Stein

We don’t regularly offer Beer Steins on our AOK site but this one really impressed us.
This is a beautifully detailed large style crockery regimental Reservist Stein for a soldier from the 9th Field Artillery Regiment. The stein beautifully detailed with hand painted panels of military life. The colors are vivid and have not lost any of their luster in over 100 years. Each soldiers in the group is named on the stein with the owners name written on top. Finely detailed pewter top with cannon and soldiers wearing ball topped helmets. No spider cracks, crazing or damage noted. A beautiful addition to any Imperial German collection. Make sure to view all the photos.
