Bavarian Jäger Officers Shako

Bavarian Officer Shako post 1899. All original shako. Officer quality black felt covered leather shako with gilded brass trim. The helmet body is in excellent shape with fine form and firm stitching. No extra holes in helmet body. The cloth portion of the shako is in excellent condition with no moth damage or tears. 

Interior has officer style sweat leather and beautiful "complex" silk headliner with rest of makers marks. The liner shows minor age and use but is in overall excellent condition. The frontplate is the special "Jäger" officer type for shakos. Flat chinscales on rosettes. Single Officer style Reichs cockade. Fine officer silver bullion with faded blue center. A nice officers shako. 100% original and untouched officer’s shako.
