Prussian LandGendarmerie / Garde Enlisted Pickelhaube

Prussian Land Gendarme enlisted man’s helmet circa 1910 Pickelhaube. This helmet has never been touched or cleaned. Black lacquered leather helmet body in excellent shape with firm stitching. Exterior lacquer is in perfect to near mint shape. All metal trim is brass. The frontplate is the Prussian Garde Infantry type with the wide winged Garde eagle in Brass and the center "black eagle" order in Silver with "Suum Cuique".

The inside of the helmet bell is clearly marked “LG ??" with "11" most likely the date issued. The liner is in absolute MINT condition in full black EM style. EM style round spike base with removable spike. M91 side lugs with the original chinstrap. Single EM Reichs Cockade. An Outstanding helmet that is literally out of the Woodwork
