Prussian Officer Shako for Luftschiffer Batl. 3 to 5, and Telegrapher Batl 2 - 6; Model 1897. Officer quality black felt covered leather shako with silver metal trim. The helmet body is in MINT condition with perfect form and firm stitching the only loss is heavy mothing behind the frontplate that we needed to remove in order to show, other then that, the cloth portion of the shako is in perfect condition with no tears.

Interior has officer style sweat leather with silk headliner is dry and has tears to sweat leather. The frontplate is the small sized Prussian Line Eagle in German silver fixed with split brads, no extra holes. Flat gilt chinscales with silver rosettes. Single Officer style Reichs cockade.
